Candle Care & Safety Tips

What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. They are vegan, cruelty-free, and free of phthalates and parabens.

Why choose soy candles?
Soy wax is biodegradable, eco-friendly, and burns slower and cleaner than paraffin. It holds fragrance well, offering a more balanced and longer-lasting scent experience.

How long do your candles burn?
Each 13oz candle offers an approximate burn time of 60–80 hours when properly cared for.

What’s the best way to care for my candle?
For the best burn:

• • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use

  • Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the jar during the first burn

  • Burn for 2–4 hours at a time

  • Avoid burning in drafty areas.

How do I burn my candle safely?
Always burn within sight. Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable items. Only burn on a heat-resistant, flat surface, and keep the wax free of debris.

What’s your shipping policy?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–8 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email once shipped.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Currently, we only offer shipping. Local pickup or delivery options may be available in the future—stay tuned!

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement if eligible.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order ships, delays caused by the carrier are out of our control. We recommend checking the tracking number provided. If issues persist, feel free to contact us.
